BROTHS
Drink your way to health! We offer a range of customizable broths, all of which are made with fresh ingredients and packed full of nutrients and flavor. Our broths make perfect bases for soups and stews, and are a healing companion for the flu season. We do not add salt to our broths, but rather a dash of Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids, which provides necessary nutrients and is a healthy alternative to sodium.
Veggie Broth: (Vegan)
Includes nothing but fresh veggies (carrots, celery, parsnips), along with onion, garlic, and seaweed. Packed with essential vitamins and nutrients, this broth makes an excellent base for vegetarian/vegan dishes. (Can be made without seaweed, if you prefer.)
Dashi Broth:
A traditional Japanese stock with daikon radishes, burdock root, and bonito flakes. Excellent base for Asian dishes.
Chicken Broth:
Made from a basic stock base, with the addition of chicken. Excellent base for a range of dishes, or drink it straight as a powerful flu-buster!
Bone Broth:
Ideal for those following the Body Ecology or Paleo diets, or for anyone who needs a super shot of glucosamine (for the joints), collagen (for the hair & nails), gelatin (for the gut), or glycine (to flush toxins).
Add-ons:
- Fennel: Yields a slightly sweeter broth, excellent for French and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Chili peppers (Arbol, New California, etc.): Yields a mildly spicy and super flavorful broth, excellent for Latin cuisine.
- Mushrooms (shiitake, lobster mushroom, etc.): Yields a, well, mushroomy broth! Great for risottos, mushroom soups, and many Italian dishes.
ALL of our stocks are customizable! Just ask, we will gladly honor your requests and make a stock to your specifications!
BREADS
We LOVE bread! Then again, who doesn't!?
As always, our breads are customizable, and can be made whole wheat, gluten-free, and vegan. Here are just some of our favorites.

- Simple Peasant Loaf (for those who just love bread, straight up!)
- Potato Garlic Rosemary Bread (pictured; speaks for itself!)
- Portuguese Bread (cornmeal makes this bread a bit heartier!)
- Ube Pecan Bread (made with Filipino yam, produces a festive purple bread!)
POT PIES
Pot pies are wonderfully nourishing in the colder months, with a crispy, bubbly crust on top and steaming hot vegetables inside. Pure comfort. We offer a range of customizable pot pies, including:
- Veggie Pot Pie (pictured): Potatoes, peas, carrots, celery, parsnips, and whatever else is fresh and in season!
- Chicken Pot Pie: All of the above with the addition of white or dark meat, or both.
- Curry Pot Pie: Similar to the above, but with an Indian twist!
CHILI, SOUPS & STEWS
We offer a range of comforting soups, stews, and chili - perfect for the cold winter months. Have one delivered right to your door with a loaf of bread for a delicious and complete dinner! Here are some of our favorites:

We like to balance our indulgence in the above breads and pastries with raw, vegan, and macrobiotic foods, as well as fresh juices and detoxifying teas. We offer the following uber healthy snacks that can go anywhere and satisfy any craving:
- Raw bars (pictured): Made with nuts, seeds, dates, dried fruit, coconut, and other nutrient-dense foods, dehydrated to perfection!
- "Flackers": Crackers made from flax & chia seeds and our secret seasoning...crunchy and oh so satisfying!
