Cazador Kitchen now offers nutritious and delicious dinners, dropped off right at your doorstep! Perfect for busy professionals, or anyone who wants to enjoy healthy meals at home without the hassle of cooking.
Here's how it works:
Sample Menus:
Day 1: Tomato, eggplant & tofu with caper sauce over quinoa, with a side of carrot fennel soup
Day 2: Mixed vegetable coconut stew, with a side of chickpea and spiced potato cakes
Day 3: Tuscan white bean soup and corn cakes, with a side of basmati spinach ragout
Day 4: Cod caramba with a side of Caribbean potato & green bean salad
Day 1: Mushroom buckwheat kale soup, with a side of glazed carrots
Day 2: Curried kidneybean burgers on gluten-free bread, with a side of jicama sticks and a cilantro-lime dipping sauce
Day 3: Vegetarian chili, with a side of swiss chard w/craisins & hemp seeds
Day 4: Gluten-free spaghetti al limon, with a side of roasted broccoli rabe & pine nuts
Day 1: Thai tofu with broccoli over coconut scallion rice, with a side of marinated grilled baby eggplant
Day 2: Triple bean ragout, with a side of grilled polenta with a cherry tomato sauce
Day 3: Jackfruit “pulled pork” sandwiches with homemade barbeque sauce on gluten free bread, with a side of cider saurkraut
Day 4: Jamaican fish curry over brown rice, with a side of pan-seared plantains
Here's how it works:
- We prepare dinner 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday).
- Dinner consists of a main dish and a side dish.
- Three meals per week are vegetarian (can be made totally vegan), and one meal per week is either fish or chicken (alternating weeks).
- Our dinners are gluten-free, sugar-free, low-fat, and low-sodium, but BIG-flavor! We use whole grains, and local organic produce whenever possible.
- The menu changes every week. We post the menu for the coming week on our Facebook page every Sunday. (Please see below for sample menus.)
- Our suggested donation is $15 per dinner per person, plus a modest delivery fee (depending on where you live).
- If you see a dinner that looks good to you, just let us know! We welcome one-time and sporadic orders. If you would like to become a regular customer, we would love to add you as an ongoing client.
- Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, or paypal.
